Yes, A40 Fitness requires all clients to have an active membership. However, depending on the training package you purchase with me, your membership may be included. Some packages cover full access to the facility, while others may require you to arrange membership separately. If your package includes membership, you’ll have access to the gym outside of our scheduled sessions —giving you more flexibility to train independently and stay consistent with your goals.
