No, you do not need to be a member. While we offer training sessions within the Peak Fitness and Lifestyle facility, you have the flexibility to choose whether or not to become a member. If you decide not to join, you can still train with Matt, during the scheduled sessions. However, becoming a member grants you access to the gym outside of the training sessions, providing additional opportunities to work on your goals.
