No prior experience is necessary to start training with me. My programs are designed to accommodate athletes of all levels, from beginners to experienced individuals. I will guide you through proper techniques and progressions, ensuring a safe and effective training experience.

How often should I participate in strength and conditioning training?

The frequency of your training sessions will depend on your specific goals, current fitness level, and training program. I will work with you to create a tailored training schedule that maximizes your progress and allows for proper recovery.

Do I Need a Membership to Train at A40 Fitness?

Yes, A40 Fitness requires all clients to have an active membership. However, depending on the training package you purchase with me, your membership may be included. Some packages cover full access to the facility, while others may require you to arrange membership separately. If your package includes membership, you’ll have access to the gym outside of our scheduled sessions —giving you more flexibility to train independently and stay consistent with your goals.

How does online coaching work?

My online coaching is conducted through a user-friendly platform that allows you to access workouts, instructional videos, and communicate with me remotely. I will design a customized training plan based on your goals, equipment availability, and any limitations you may have. You'll receive regular check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing support to ensure you stay motivated and make consistent progress towards your athletic aspirations.
