Do I need prior experience in strength and conditioning to start training?

No prior experience is necessary to start training with us. Our programs are designed to accommodate athletes of all levels, from beginners to experienced individuals. Matt will guide you through proper techniques and progressions, ensuring a safe and effective training experience.

How often should I participate in strength and conditioning training?

The frequency of your training sessions will depend on your specific goals, current fitness level, and training program. Matt will work with you to create a tailored training schedule that maximizes your progress and allows for proper recovery.

Do I need to be a member of Peak Fitness and Lifestyle to train with you?

No, you do not need to be a member. While we offer training sessions within the Peak Fitness and Lifestyle facility, you have the flexibility to choose whether or not to become a member. If you decide not to join, you can still train with Matt, during the scheduled sessions. However, becoming a member grants you access to the gym outside of the training sessions, providing additional opportunities to work on your goals.

How does online coaching work?

Our online coaching is conducted through a user-friendly platform that allows you to access workouts, instructional videos, and communicate with Matt remotely. He will design a customized training plan based on your goals, equipment availability, and any limitations you may have. You'll receive regular check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing support to ensure you stay motivated and make consistent progress towards your athletic aspirations.
