Spondylolisthesis

Spondylolisthesis is endemic among athletes participating in sports, particularly those requiring repetitive hyperextension movements such as in gymnastics and cricket bowling.


Patients with Spondylolisthesis generally do not respond well to therapeutic exercise that takes the spine through the range of motion. Preferably, stability should be the rehabilitation objective.


Depending on Severity & Other Comorbidities, Exercises Should Include –                                    

Bird-Dogs, Side Planks, Curl Ups, Mini Band Clams, Glute Bridges & Single Leg Box Squats.
